4. Information about goods and shipments

Before a quotation is made and before performance, the user must provide complete and accurate information about the goods, including their type and nature, quantity, weight, dimensions, packaging, value, special handling or storage requirements, permits, declarations, certificates and import, export or transit restrictions.

Spedale d.o.o. is not responsible for the consequences of inaccurate, incomplete or withheld information. Listing a service does not mean that we can accept every type of goods or every request.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information is accurate, clear and up to date, but do not guarantee that it will always be complete, error-free or suitable for every user’s needs. Descriptions, availability, routes and content may change without prior notice. Before making a business decision, request a specific and current quotation.
