The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for visitor security verification. This protection is separate from optional Google Analytics, which remains disabled until you consent to analytics cookies.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website may store on a computer, telephone, tablet or other device. On a subsequent visit, the browser may send the stored information back to the website that placed it.
- proper operation of the website
- remembering certain settings and cookie-related choices
- improving security
- analysing use of the website, where you have consented to this
Cookies by themselves do not provide access to other files on your device.
2. Does spedale.rs use cookies?
Yes. The website may use necessary cookies for basic functionality and, subject to your prior choice, additional analytics or functional cookies. Necessary cookies may be placed without separate consent where they are required for website operation, security, saving choices or a function you have expressly requested. Cookies that are not necessary will not be activated until you accept them.
3. Types of cookies by duration
Session cookies are stored temporarily while you use the website and are normally deleted when the browser is closed. Persistent cookies remain on the device until they expire or are manually deleted, for example to remember a language or cookie choice.
4. Types of cookies by origin
First-party cookies are placed by the spedale.rs domain for functionality, settings and consent management. Third-party cookies are placed by external providers of analytics, video, mapping, security or other digital services, in accordance with their privacy policies.
5. Cookie categories the website may use
Necessary cookies support the display and operation of the website, security features, prevention of misuse, operation of contact forms, saving choices and server operation. They cannot be disabled through the settings centre; blocking them may impair website operation.
Functional cookies enable advanced features, such as remembering language, maps and other external content. Analytics cookies help us understand visitor numbers, visit duration, traffic sources, errors and potential improvements. Marketing cookies may measure campaign performance and display more relevant advertising. All categories that are not necessary are activated only with consent, and marketing cookies only if the relevant tools are actually installed.
6. Cookies and tools used on the website
The website may place a necessary cookie or local-storage record to remember whether you accepted, rejected or customised cookie categories. Its name and duration depend on the installed consent-management system.
If Google Analytics is activated, it is used only after acceptance of analytics cookies and may collect data about use, device, browser, approximate location, pages visited and interactions. If it is not installed or active, this part does not apply.
Embedded maps, video content and other services may place cookies or collect technical data; such content should load only after the relevant user choice, unless it does not involve cookies requiring consent.
7. Cookie overview
Before this Policy is finally published, the table must be updated with the specific names and retention periods of all cookies actually identified through a technical scan of the production version of the website.
| Cookie name | Provider | Purpose | Category | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Consent cookie | spedale.rs | Stores the user’s choice | Necessary | According to the system |
| Technical cookies | spedale.rs | Proper and secure operation | Necessary | Session or according to the system |
| Analytics cookies | Analytics provider | Usage statistics | Analytics | According to the provider |
8. Managing consent
On your first visit, you may accept permitted categories, reject those that are not necessary, or customise categories individually. Rejecting non-necessary categories should not prevent access to basic content. It should be possible to change your choice later through the “Cookie Settings” option, usually available in the footer. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
9. Managing cookies in your browser
You can view, delete or block cookies for specific websites or third parties, delete them automatically on closing, or enable notifications through your browser settings. If you block all cookies, some functions may not operate properly.
10. Data collected by third parties
When you accept third-party cookies or content, the provider may receive technical data, including the IP address, device, browser and use of the content. Spedale d.o.o. does not control processing that a third party carries out for its own purposes; we recommend reading its privacy policy.
11. Changes to the Cookie Policy
We may update this Policy because of changes to the website, installation or removal of tools, changes to cookies or regulations. The updated version will be published with the date of the last amendment.
